What is the purpose of Talfryn on DeviantArt? It is to give glory to God, the Holy Spirit, and the Holy Son through hard work, nature, skills, and beauty that are all inspired by the Spirit to create pieces that can testify for God.

Cosplaying is a great way to build confidence, but never forget that you are you, and the characters you portray are aspects of yourself. Never let the cameras and praises go to your head, let them go to your heart.

Be gracious and humble for the work and skills you learn, whether it be crafting itself or posing for the camera. Never forget to be thankful to the Lord who blesses you everything good and wants to help you through the bad, and who loves you more than anything else in a world of vanity, greed, corruption, and power. There is light in the darkness that grows over the thousand years to lay all shadows bare.

And of course, remember that there is life outside of cosplay! For me, cosplay is not an escape, it's a way to utilize and discover more of my given gifts and capabilities, and meet and connect the lives of many more people. It is a way to change your character, whether it is to become something better and make it a part of yourself, or identify the darkness and thus begin to address the core to lead to healing.

I invite all brothers and sisters, cosplayers, photographers, fans, etc. to find inspiration from the verses and portraits that I share, in hopes that everyone will focus and share meaningful discussion on the deeper meaning and purpose of their life within the one and only Bible.
